► ORIAC Professional Services Automation (OPSA) App - Product Details

OPSA is a powerful and easy to use timesheet and billing system built upon the Salesforce platform.

Users of the system can be summarised as follows :-

1 - Internal and external Consultants who are required to record their time spent on projects and tasks associated with those projects. The internal consultant users will be personnel who have been provided access to the Salesforce instance and will login into the system via their normal Salesforce access credentials. The external consultant users will be personnel who do not have direct access to the ORIAC Salesforce instance and non-employees e.g. sub-contractors who are working for clients and are required to record their time spent on various Projects. The external consultants will utilise the Community access login's provided by OPSA.

2 - Admin personnel who are required to maintain OPSA , allocate projects and tasks to the consultants, maintain the billing rules based upon client contracts and run the billing process contained within OPSA for both clients and consultants.
